Oversaw day-to-day activities and operations; coordinated a staff of 200+ volunteers; oversaw the executive board; prepared and presented the annual budget; acted as liaison between WUOG and the university; serve as the point person for concerns and queries; facilitate communication between departments; mediate intra-staff disputes; facilitate contact with WUOG alumni; and convey the station philosophy to the campus and community.
